Garda Classico Red Wine Vinegar

After a careful selection among the best producers in the Garda Classico area, I have selected a small batch of red wine and brought it to this historical Acetaia whose distinctive feature is to combine the old transformation systems with modern technology.

The result is a bright coloured vinegar, of remarkable elegance, with a fruity fragrance and a delicate and persistent aroma.
