Dressing with Red Wine Vinegar

After a careful selection of red wine from Italy’s most suitable wine-growing areas, I chose a small batch of red wine that I gave to a historic vinegar cellar, whose distinctive feature is to combine the oldest processing systems with modern technology.

The combination with selected grape musts has resulted in a winered colored dressing with a distinct red fruit aroma and sweet, delicate hints.
